Unopened and Unused Items:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must have its original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at zukuhometextile@gmail.com with details of the defect.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for faulty items, provided the item has not been used, and the original tags are still attached.

We may request photographic evidence of the defect to process the return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been used or where the original tags have been removed.

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-Store Returns:

Alternatively, you may return the item directly to our shop for free at Parc du Château-Banquet 24, 1202 Genève. Simply bring the item along with proof of purchase to any of our store locations. Our team will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected (whether by mail or in-store), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
